Hire Requirements
To hire Port-A-Cool® units we require the following:
- A copy of your driver’s licence.
- A credit card number for deposit and incidental charges.
- Signature on hire terms contract.

Alternatively, you can pick up and drop off the units yourself.
** Delivery costs and set up charges are for one unit if more than one unit please contact us and we can provide you with an estimate cost.
Each hire includes 1x hose and 1x extension lead.
Due to high demand in summer units will be subject to availability.

Portable cooling solutions carry spare parts for all models of Portacool units. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your spare parts needs.
Service
If you would like your Portacool unit serviced, please organise an appointment to see one of our technicians.
Portacool units are easily maintained. If you are not sure how, book the first service with us and we will be happy to show you how to maintain your unit for years to come.
Warranty
All units are covered by a 1 year parts warranty. Warranty work is carried out in our workshop by our qualified technicians.
As per Port-a-cool LLC’s warranty conditions, all units must be returned to point of purchase for repair.
