Servicing
If you would like your Port-A-Cool® unit to be serviced, please organise an appointment to see one of our technicians.
Port-A-Cool® units are easily maintained. If you are not sure how, book the first service with us and we will be happy to show you how to maintain your unit for years to come.
Warranty
All units are covered by a one (1) year parts warranty. Warranty work is carried out in our workshop by our qualified technicians.
As per Port-A-Cool® LLC’s warranty conditions, all units must be returned to point of purchase for repair.
